Agreement

By using ArtsFunder, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What ArtsFunder Provides

• Free Grant Lists: Manually verified Australian theatre grant deadlines, amounts, and assessor priorities
• AI-Assisted Drafting: Structured draft sections in assessor language based on your project information
• Support Materials Recommendations: Checklists of evidence assessors typically require

What ArtsFunder Doesn't Provide

• Funding Guarantees: We don't promise grant approval. Arts funding is competitive (10-30% typical success rates).
• Fact Fabrication: AI never invents audience numbers, track record, or partnership claims. [YOU:] slots mark missing information.
• Ghostwriting: Drafts are structure support. You own every word and must edit for accuracy and voice.
• Success Rate Boosts: We don't claim to "increase your chances" beyond providing better structure.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when answering table read questions
• Review and edit all AI-generated drafts before submission
• Fill all [YOU:] slots with truthful, verifiable information
• Verify grant deadlines with funder sources before submitting
• Take full responsibility for the accuracy of your final application

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we manually verify grant deadlines and amounts, funders can change requirements without notice. Always check the official funder source (we link to it) before submitting. ArtsFunder is not liable for outdated deadline information.

No Warranty on Results

ArtsFunder provides tools to structure grant applications. We make no warranty that using our service will result in funding approval. Grant assessment depends on artistic merit, feasibility, and funder priorities—factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You own all project descriptions and draft content you create. ArtsFunder claims no ownership of your applications.
• Our Content: Grant list data, prompt templates, and service design are ArtsFunder property. Don't scrape or redistribute our grant lists.

Acceptable Use

Don't:

• Submit the same draft to multiple funders without customization (funders notice generic applications)
• Use ArtsFunder to generate applications for organisations you don't represent
• Scrape or redistribute our grant lists without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our prompts or AI methodology

Payment Terms

• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate drafts
• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing users

Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are not refunded upon account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

ArtsFunder is not liable for grant rejection, missed deadlines, or inaccurate information in your applications. Our service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Australian law. Disputes will be resolved in Australian courts.
